I love the management team, and the concern is universal throughout all the departments. I’ve never encountered such a place where all staff go out of their way to ask how we are doing. Over the last year and half, Friendship Manor has gone through a lot of changes, and they have stepped up to the plate of making the changes better for us and how to show kindness and respect to everyone.

I've never been associated with an organization where the management is focused on the mission statement, which is to provide a safe haven for those of us declining in the aging process. Living here myself has expanded my patience with memory loss, finances, and opportunities to be more kind. We are not the people we were 20 years ago, and we need a kind of community such as this with being helpful to each other and being kind. Acceptance to aging needs to be nurtured and we personally experience this process at Friendship Manor. The practice of kindness and patience is felt strongly here.

Friendship Manor is a great place to retire mostly because the caring staff makes it work so smoothly. Problems in my apartment are taken care of promptly, the building is well maintained for its age, and the staff are available to help with questions. The building amenities are nice and the activities help residents get out of their apartments and mingle with others. I’ve been living here since 2017 and there is nowhere else I’d rather be.
