The Friendship Manor website itself is not hosted or operated by RentCafe. RentCafe is a separate third-party service.

Friendship Manor may work with Tamarack Property Management, Northwest Real Estate Capital, and other authorized parties in connection with property management and resident services.
Submitting a general inquiry or contact form through the Friendship Manor website does not constitute a rental application, rent payment, lease execution, or other transaction that must be completed through a designated resident, application, or payment platform.
