One of the things that makes Friendship Manor so unique is people of all economic backgrounds can live and enjoy the same facilities, thanks to assistance provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). For those individuals and families who fall under the low income category (please see the Resident selection Plan for more details) They would only be required to pay 30% of their monthly income towards rent. It's a wonderful program for those who are trying to live on a fixed income or Social Security. For more information on how subsidized rent works at Friendship Manor, please call or e-mail your questions to us or visit HUD's website View HUD's Residents Rights and Responsibilities Brochure
