First Congregational Church

This is a few documents that may help you understand how government subsidized housing works.  Even though many people who apply and live at Friendship Manor don't actually qualify for government subsidies, all of the residents must adhere to the same general rules.  We follow the strict guidelines that HUD has set as part of the Equal Opportunity Housing Laws.   Friendship Manor will never refuse to rent, or use discriminatory applications or screening methods, or treat people differently in the terms or conditions of the leasing of its facilities based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, familial status.
