LifestyleFriendship Manor is an apartment community for persons who are over the age of 62 or disabled. The Manor is not a care facility; we offer no health, nursing, or rehabilitation care to any of our residents. Our goal is to be the pacesetter among comparable housing for the elderly and disabled. Al our actions toward the resident must be measured by our standard of excellence and attitude of caring. Friendship Manor has an active residents' council, representing residents' concerns to management. Management holds quarterly town meetings to listen to resident suggestions. This price is the full Market price for each
apartment, utilities included. There is also an extra charge of $205.00/month
per person for the Mandatory Meals Program which provides one meal per day in
our full service dining room.
